Kick-off Meetings — Cërrik & Pogradec
The Youth360 program officially launched with successful introductory meetings in both municipalities. Municipal leaders, education officials, and social workers came together to align project objectives with local social policies. Both municipalities expressed strong enthusiasm for the initiative.

Local public officials participated in a dedicated training on the Youth, Peace and Security (YPS) Agenda. The sessions equipped decision-makers with the knowledge and tools to integrate YPS principles into municipal governance and foster inclusive participation among young people.

Public Officials Exchange
Public officials from Cërrik and Pogradec took part in a cross-municipal exchange, sharing best practices and learning from each other’s approaches to youth engagement and social cohesion. The exchange strengthened inter-municipal cooperation and built lasting professional networks.

Youth YPS Training
Young people from both municipalities engaged in hands-on YPS training sessions, exploring the five pillars of Resolution 2250 — Participation, Protection, Prevention, Partnerships, and Reintegration. Participants developed skills to become active peacebuilders in their communities.

In March 2026, a specialized training for local educators focused on integrating the YPS agenda into the classroom. Using the RYCO–UNFPA training manual, teachers explored pedagogical tools to institutionalize peace education and developed interactive sessions for their students — empowering educators to lead a culture of peace and youth leadership in schools.

Participants toured local youth centers, met with municipal representatives, and engaged in interactive team-building to strengthen regional cooperation. These visits allowed youth to explore local initiatives firsthand and share experiences on how to better impact their communities.
